Al Ghazali Multicultural Centre is a community centre that responds to the needs of the diverse local community through the delivery of various projects and activities which promote inclusion and cohesion.

The centre delivers a resource that aims at developing children and young people’s social and learning abilities within a safe environment as well as increasing community participation and improving the quality of life. The centre stands as an Islamic resource provision for the Muslim and non- Muslim communities within Merseyside through promoting an understanding of Liverpool’s faith and heritages.

Al-Ghazali centre aims to continue to develop it’s partnerships through networking with statutory and voluntary organisations. The Centre has refurbished a redundant church on Earle Road in Liverpool 7 and now provides a wide range of support to the whole of the local community.  It was established in 1992 by parents from the local Yemeni community led by the current Executive Director, Ustath Ahmed Saif, and originally focussed on providing Arabic language and cultural studies to the children of the local Muslim community. The purchase and refurbishment of the church building was made possible through local and international fundraising.

Drawing inspiration and vision from the Islamic tradition, epitomised by the great eleventh century thinker, Al-Imam Al Ghazali, and building on the experience gained in setting up an organisation to serve the needs of their Muslim community, the Centre’s commitment has been extended to working with a wider and  diverse local community.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
